Conditions Please fill the above reservation form and send it to us, then the owner will answer you soon by e-mail the confirmation details. And we have to receive your confirmation back with an e-mail . Payments: Should be received within 2 days (midweek days) from the confirmation day with a bank transfer, otherwise the reservation will be cancelled. (the bank transfer expenses should be paid) Please send us a copy of the bank transfer by e-mail or fax. As soon as we receive the payment we will send you an e-mail back. For Reservation made 30 days before the requested period, 30 % of the total amount should be paid in advance. However, for the reservation made within the 30 days before the requested period 60 % of the total amount should be received as down payment . Rest of payment and the other expenses of house keeping…etc. should be paid cash upon check-in. Cancellations: In case of cancellation or non-arrival, the above amount will be charged. A Deposit of Euro 100,00 is requested upon check –in for any eventual damages. And will be given back for the guest upon check-out The apartment should be occupied from Saturday till Saturday , accept for any agreement with the owner.
