Rules and regulations
Agriturismo San Tommaso management will highly appreciate your collaboration in abiding by these rules and regulations, whose aim is to ensure peaceful and safe stay for our Guests.
Payment of the balance and security deposit
At reservation
When making the reservation, you agree to a 40% deposit. This can be done by bank transfer. If you choose to pay by IDeal or credit card, transaction costs will be charged to you.
The reservation will be held for you for 24 hours.
If you cancel within 30 days of arrival, this deposit is non-refundable.
Payment of the balance and security deposit
on arrival
The final balance for the apartment must be paid upon arrival with the security deposit which should be paid in cash and returned upon departure.
bed linen and towels
included in price
Change of linen and towels takes place weekly.
Linen and towels cannot be used outside the apartments or for any other purpose. In case of non-compliance they will be charged at the relative cost.
Extra linen change costs € 8 per person for bed linen and € 10 per person for bathroom towels.
On request, Agriturismo also provides towels for the swimming pool for € 5.
DOMESTIC CONSUMPTION
ELECTRICITY, WATER, AIR CONDITIONING
It is mandatory to turn off the internal and external lights, the television and so on when you are not present in the apartment.
Water is a precious that should not be wasted unnecessarily, especially in the summer months.
Please limit the opening of doors and windows to what is strictly necessary in the winter months to reduce heat loss and in the summer months in apartments with air conditioning.

Please throw your rubbish in the bins inside the apartment every day.
YELLOW – multi-material packaging
GREEN – glass packaging
BLUE – paper and cardboard
BROWN – wet waste (organic)
BLACK – non-recyclable dry waste
All waste at the end of the stay must be thrown in the common collection point located at the entrance to the Agriturismo.
End of the stay
We inform our guests that the departure at the end of the stay is expected by 10:00. The apartment must be left in order and without garbage.
The furniture and fittings
The furniture and futtings cannot be taken outside and must be in the same order at the end of the stay.
Kitchen
The kitchen must be left in good hygienic conditions and the accessories must be as found on arrival.
extraordinary cleaning
For any extraordinary cleaning of the apartment and for the removal of waste, the staff of Agriturismo San Tommaso will deduct up to € 100.00 per apartment from the security deposit.
Any damage will be quantified and charged at the cost or repair price and deducted from the deposit paid by the customer if sufficient.
